“Just Listed” is just boring
How to actually make people remember your listing announcement posts?
Every week, we stumble across generic posts from real estate agents that aren’t worth the time it took to make them or the time it takes to scroll past them.
Be honest, how many “Just Listed” posts do you actually remember?
And do you also see them every. single. day?
You are not a company.
So why are you posting your products and not yourself?
The principles of personal branding are simple - show who you are, what you do, and why it matters. By just posting a picture of a “Just Listed” or “For Sale” listing, what are you telling your audience?
Are you a TV commercial channel, or are you a person who wants to make an impact on people’s lives and choices?

→ Learn how to use social media like Instagram and LinkedIn in your favor.
Statistically, your engagement rate is 403% higher when you post a creative listing video.
However, if you want to warm up the audience and still deliver simple, engaging content using photos, here’s what you can do next time you want to announce a new listing.
Instead of spending hours on Canva making a fancy collage, grab your phone and appear in front of the listing.
Turn it into a short story:
Say how you got it, mention why the owners are selling, share your favorite part of the house, and take a picture of it.
The goal is to grab attention. A “Just Listed” post with 46 photos will not do that. (Sorry!)
Don’t waste any more time doing it. Keep things simple, human, and natural.
Be yourself.
Here are some ideas you can try next time:
🔹 Take a selfie inside the house and include the view in the background. Talk about how in [area] you get the most amazing views to the [sea / mountains / city].
🔹 Pose in front of the front door and make a full-body, magazine-style photo. Talk about your accomplishment or what this listing means to you.
🔹 Show yourself next to a unique feature - maybe an old fireplace, a spiral staircase, or a modern kitchen island. People love quirks and features. Share what makes this one special.
🔹 Ask the owners (if they’re comfortable) to take a picture together and tell the story of how you met or why they’re selling.
Nobody likes being sold. But everybody loves an authentic, scroll-stopping story that feels personal and memorable.
Question to you:
So next time, will you tell a story - or stick to another “Just Listed” collage?
Real Estate Meme of The Week

Why your listing photos feel empty
An idea on how to make the most out of your listing photos
Why are all real estate listing videos and photos without people?
And what if including families, actors, or lifestyle shots could completely change how buyers connect with a property?
In every successful ad, there are people.
Whether it’s a famous actor, a model, or a regular family, big brands understand that emotion sells.
Objects don’t.
Let’s take the top three most-watched commercials in the world (you can watch them by clicking the link bellow the logos):
Coca-Cola – “Share a Coke”, Apple – “1984”, and Nike – “Just Do It.”
What do they all have in common?
People. Emotion. Humanity.
These ads build emotional bridges between brand values and universal human experiences. They don’t just but they also become cultural symbols.
The question if why hasn’t real estate caught up?
Imagine Nike without everyday people achieving extraordinary things. The brand would lose its entire soul.
Real estate is the same.
To convey emotion, you must show people living inside the space.
The truth is, most realtors who appear on camera don’t understand how to engage with the audience. They either oversell or stand stiff in front of a door reading a script.
The solution is simple:
→ Use people who know how to perform naturally.
Try hiring UGC creators - local content creators who can make quick, one-minute relatable lifestyle videos.

Let them show a glimpse life inside the home (without stealing the show):
🔹 a scene in the garden where the kids are playing
🔹 a moment at dinner as the family gathers around the table
🔹 the wife opening the door after work and hugging her kids
🔹 friends laughing on the terrace at sunset
Our takeaway:
If you’re planning on selling the dream, are you still going to do it the old way and sell walls?
Fancy 3D graphics might look cool, but they don’t feel.
People do.
(Don’t believe that? Have you ever seen a great commercial with no people in it?)
When buyers see themselves inside a story, the property stops being a product - it becomes a possibility.
Learn how to prompt on Nano Banana
Using AI tools to visualize property potential
Let’s be honest. Not every listing is picture-perfect.
Sometimes you find a property that has potential but no visual appeal - maybe it’s old, damaged, or under renovation.
That’s where AI tools like Nano Banana come in.
This tool can regenerate or enhance a photo of an older property and show its potential look after renovation - without spending time or money on full 3D renders.
For example, let’s say you have a house that clearly needs work, but you want to help buyers visualize what it could look like when it’s done.

Here’s an example of an old house (before the prompt)
You can use a prompt like this:
Using this property in the picture, create a professional architectural visualization of its renovated version, preserving the exact architectural style and all main features and materials. Apply colors that match the house’s style and era, keeping the palette realistic and cohesive. Retouch, repair, or reposition any worn, damaged, or broken materials so they look brand new, and align or rebuild any structural elements so the house appears sturdy, complete, and ready to move in. Do not add any elements that are not already part of the property. Render in natural daylight with a front-facing perspective and slight angle to showcase depth, and use high-resolution, realistic textures for all surfaces to enhance the final presentation.
Here’s the same house after the AI retouch (pretty insane, huh?)
This prompt allows the AI to clean up the photo realistically, without turning it into a fake render.
It helps clients see potential, not perfection.
If you’re trying to sell an older home, a reconstruction project, or a property that doesn’t yet have renders, a simple AI-enhanced image can grab attention instantly.
It’s useful when:
🔹 you don’t have access to professional renders
🔹 the property is still under renovation
🔹 you want to show “after” potential without architectural plans
🔹 you’re pitching an idea to an investor
Sometimes all a buyer needs is a quick visual spark to imagine what’s possible.
And that spark can be enough to make them book a viewing! :)
And that’s it for today!
